Right now we have two options as for the house situation, the one sam called that is $775 plus at least a $50 cleaning charge..... or the $585 one that nate is going to call tom. afternoon. We need to weigh the pros and cons of each one (aka. $, distance to beach, AC, convenience, ect.) and pick one and reserve that shit yo.
