My vote is for the first house on the list, shit isn't da cheapest, but it is reasonable. And, four bedrooms would be sick, I say let's get it.
I am sorry about not pulling my weight on the search for a house, but i am very busy with going to class full time, working 32 hours a week, partyin as much as possible, and maintaining my love life.
